Genesis Coupe Short Throw Shifter by Exceladyne

This solid mounted shifting system will completely transform the way you change gears in your Genesis Coupe.  Made from 100% billet aluminum the entire assembly is manufactured with our in house CNC equipment.   By eliminating several of the OEM shifter joints and bushings we can enhance and improve the way the OEM transmission performs.  Gone is the vague and disconnected feeling of the OEM driving experience.  This product will completely change the way you drive your car. 

Available in 3 different models to best suite your driving style and budget:

Standard Edition:  Considerable reduction in shift throw distance.  The shaft is designed to fit OEM shift knobs and similar replacements.  (2015-2016 clip on style knobs will not fit) 

Silver Edition:  Shortest shift shaft length and overall height.  Includes our custom billet machined shift shaft as well as our custom black Delrin shift knob. 

Black Edition:  Taller shift shaft length and overall height.  Ideal for competitive use where you want the shifter closer to the steering wheel.  Includes our custom billet machined shift shaft as well as our custom black Delrin shift knob.

Possibly the best bolt on I have purchased. I've owned my bk2 for about 2 years. I have always hated the way the car shifts. The trans only works well at high revs. Daily driving can be frustrating. The shift plate has completely changed the feeling of the shifting. The trans shifts with precision. Second gear is noticeable more enjoyable. Oem shift was terrible at second gear. Second was clunky and felt like I was trying to find the gear and then wait for it to slide in place. All of that is gone. The car shifts more like a racecar or even a porsche. There is a slight rattle when you really get on it but I am going to make some minor adjustments and see if I can get rid of the rattle. I would recommend this product. It is well made and really adds an aggressive feeling to the driving experience.
