One of the main causes of inconsistent horsepower output from your Gencoupe is inconsistent air intake temperature. When you drive your Gencoupe hard, the puny stock Front Mount Intercooler just can't keep up. Intake temps rise quickly and power output drops off accordingly.
At 23.5" wide by 10" tall and 3.5" thick, our intercooler core has significantly more surface area, volume, and thermal mass than the stock FMIC.
In addition, the Bar and Plate construction is significantly more efficient than the OEM Tube and Fin core.
