The new Elantra N V2.0 intercooler features a denser bar and plate core than our previous design, increasing the internal fin surface area. This design improves heat transfer, drops intake air temperatures faster, and resists heat soak more effectively, giving you consistent power through repeated pulls. Using 3D scans of the Elantra N engine bay, we engineered a stepped-core design that is 30 percent thicker than OEM while maintaining a direct bolt-on fit. No cutting or modifications are required, and the cast aluminum end tanks are shaped for smooth airflow and high efficiency. Tested extensively on both stock and tuned calibrations, the intercooler delivers gains of up to 10whp and 10wtq on OEM tuning and up to 15whp on Stage 1 setups with added boost. During extended wide-open throttle runs, it maintains lower IATs to hold as much as 30whp over OEM.
